Belmont Stakes update- Union Rags
As some suspected, it was announced that John Velazquez will be riding Union Rags in the Belmont. Michael Matz did not hide his unhappiness with Julien Leparoux’s ride in the Derby. So how will this impact the horse, or the race? What mount will Leparoux get for the Belmont? We expected more from him and Daddy Nose Best, but it is still uncertain if they horse will run in the Belmont after it’s Preakness disappointment.

We’ve been hot on the o/u’s lately 9/11 in the last week and a half. So we’re sticking with it. We think Boston will win this game, but we like the o/u much more because neither of these teams are consistent enough for our money.
