Mets +115 – Cliff Lee will lose again! He is winless on the year 0-5. Chris Young who’s pitching for the Mets has been solid. The Mets destroyed the Phillies yesterday, and we expect them to win again today.
Rays -1.5 (+145) We have had great success with David Price so we are going with him today. He’s excellent at home and defeated Verlander for us last time out. Phelps is ok, but Price is better!
Twins +220- Speaking of Verlander he is going against the Twins today, who have actually won 5 games in a row. We always lose when we bet Verlander, but have had success betting against him.***We suggest you take this in a 3 team parlay with the above 2 if you want to go for a big payout! $50 would pay $793! Low Risk / High Reward!

7/3 MLB & Hottie ML Parlay
Padres +140 – This team has finally been winning. They’re 4-1 in the last 5 games, and 9 of the last 14 in AZ. And Amarista has been hot for them. Bauer pitching for AZ is a rookie, and in his only start left with an injury after 4. This is his first game back, so who know’s what to expect out of him. For +140 we are liking SD’s chances.
Astros +160- Harrell has been pitching well for this team. Has only given up 1 run in his last 2 games in 16 innings. Pitt has been hot, but it will just take a good pitching performance to slow them down. AJ Burnett is due for a loss.
Cubs +165- Neither pitcher is very good. But the Cubs have been hot, and the Braves have not. Cubs have won 6 of 7, while Braves have lost 4 of 5. For +165 it’s worth a chance the Cubs can keep the winning going.
Parlay of the above 3- $30 pays $465
Giants +120 -We like this game as well. Lincecum has won back to back starts and seems to finally have it going this season. And SF has won 5 of the last 7. Zimmerman and Lincecum are both good, but we think Lincecum is better and gets the W.
Late addition – White Sox -1.5 (+150) – Chris Sale has been great and Roy Oswalt has 2 wins, but neither were impressive to us. We think the WSox will get runs up on the board vs Oswalt, and Sale will shut down the Rangers high powered offense.
2012 NFL Hottie Reverse Elimination Suicide Pool
You may be familar with a common suicide/ eliminaton pool, but this is REVERSE elimination. So sorry boys, you can’t pick against Cleveland to lose every week.
Rules: You pick 1 team to lose every week, pick the same team twice you lose. Pick a team that wins and you lose. Last man or WOMAN standing wins.
This is the most challenging elimination pool. Anyone can bet against the 5 cellar dwellers every week in an unbalanced league. Then in week 11, 60% of the players are still spending their winnings. After week 5, the 5 worst teams are eliminated in this format. Then you guys need to put on your big boy pants and bet the Jets or Chicago to lose instead of the Packers to win.

Garcia is 2-0, 1.56 ERA in his last ten starts. I know his overall ERA is high but we think Freddy has found his groove.
Cardinals -1.5 (+100)
We’ve been on the Lohse bandwagon all season & so far he’s been pretty good to us (9-2). Josh Outman is well Josh Outman… 9.32 ERA is enough for us to take the run line on this one.
Braves -1.5 (+110) -Hottie Pick of the Day
The Cubs are 10-29 on the road this year & Samardzija has gotten killed in his last four starts. Atlanta is 11-5 when Hansen starts. So we’ll take the plus money on this run line.
